The Stony Hill Volunteer Fire Department's EMS Captain John Giambruno recently presented a Service Award to EMT Chuck Cywin for his dedication to EMS in the Town of Bethel from both fire departments and the Town of Bethel. This award was presented at the Annual Dinner a few months back by both Fire Chiefs and the First Selectman, but unfortunately Chuck was unable to attend. Chuck continues to be a top responder although he works in the DC area and comes home on weekends. The Department, Town and our community expressed thanks to EMT Cywin for his continued and extraordinary service.
