Bethel is particularly blessed with a strong sense of community, and this extends to the ways we help those in need of a helping hand.

We will dedicate as much space as possible to help get the word out about how we can be of help in upcoming issues. Not so much because we think our readers need to be nagged - it's clear that Bethel is a deeply committed community - but more to remind readers of opportunities that might have been overshadowed by other causes.

When we help each other in need we also build a stronger and better community for us all.

We invite those doing good work to share stories, photos and also opportunities for neighbors to join in.

It takes a village to keep a village strong.
